I am a licensed independent home inspector with over 12 years experience building and remodeling homes and will work diligently to provide you an objective report on the current condition of the home. MY TYPICAL INSPECTION A typical Heritage Inspection Services home inspection will last 3 to 4 hours. Clients are encouraged to attend all or partially as your schedule dictates, and you will receive a fully written in depth yet easy to understand report annotated with photos. You have the choice of receiving the report by email, fax, or printed and delivered to you via US Postal. Because I want you to be educated and informed about your home for as long as you own it and to hopefully retain you as a life long customer you are welcome and encouraged to contact me with any questions regarding future home remodeling or maintenance concerns/projects. If you choose to use another home inspector I truly hope you choose a great one and receive not only an outstanding inspection but outstanding service even after the inspection is finished.
