I’m an Engineer and I can say Leo has a deep understanding on the house mechanics. He took time to inspect and explain every aspect of the building condition. Heritage Inspection Services is an EXCELLENT Inspection company. In September 2008, we had a rental unit inspected by Heritage. They were on time, equipped with all the tools they needed, dressed appropriately, and considerate of our time (all problems we have had with others in the past).
Leo, Just wanted to thank you for the job you did on Will's home inspection. Your report was detailed and very easy to follow. I was able to give it to a General Contractor and he was able to give me a bid on the work needed without having to come out. -Bill
